  • Maintenance of a register of bond holders.
  • Attendance at meetings - this is subject to negotiation and will depend on the size of the complex and the frequency of trustees meetings.
  • Assistance to the trustees - assistance will be provided whenever requested.
  • Telephonic queries - telephonic queries will be accepted from trustees or owners.
  • Repairs and Maintenance - procurement of quotations for repairs and the initial and follow-up of any correspondence required for the management of the complex.
