PAYMENT OF EXPENSES

• Payment of all authorized accounts on behalf of the Body Corporate.
• Recurrent items are paid in accordance with the Body Corporate's Trustees instructions.
• All other payments must be authorized by two trustees.
• Payment of salaries and wages into a bank or building society account.
  N.B. We must be notified by the trustees of any changes in salary and wage levels
• Submission of provisional and final tax returns.
• Provision and control of petty cash flow.
