HAND OVER YOUR ADMIN - WITH CONFIDENCE

At Compeg, we are proud to offer you our experience and solid administrative infrastructure, which will ensure that your building or complex runs at peak efficiency, with high maintenance levels.

In order to ensure that your building obtains the attention it needs, Compeg will assign you a dedicated Executive Portfolio Manager with an assistant. This team will deal with a limited number of buildings, thus ensuring that all your needs and requirements are dealt with in a most effective and efficient manner.

As Trustees you have many everyday occurrences to process. These take up your time and focus and prevent you from giving the larger, ongoing issues the attention that they deserve. We realise that this is a voluntary position where one gives of their time and our aim is to allow you to make the executive running decisions of the complex while we attend to the day-to-day work.

TRACKING YOUR FINANCES

Every month-end we will send you financial reports with detailed graphs which will help you track your spend at a glance, in addition to monitoring owners who are in arrears with levies.

MONTHLY INSPECTIONS

We will perform monthly inspections with the Estate Manager and compile a report of all the work that is required.

SERVICE PROVIDER LIAISON

Compeg will conduct monthly meetings with all the service providers (e.g. security, gardening, etc) and compile reports for Trustees perusal. This will give you a detailed overview of the service providers activities, while allowing executive decisions to be made without the Trustees having to meet with each provider.

WE WILL STAY ON COURSE

We need to know that we are fulfilling our mandate! Therefore, in addition to meetings held with your Portfolio Manager, there will be an additional meeting with Compeg Directors present.

TRUSTEE MEETINGS

Compeg will attend a minimum of four Trustee meetings a year, in addition to the AGM.

ESTATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The supervision of maintenance work is time consuming, and deflects trustees from their day-to-day tasks. Compeg will employ an Estate Manager who will rigidly carry out the following duties which are over and above the regular scope of an Estate Managers duties:
  • Obtaining all required quotes and submitting them for your approval
  • Approving all contractors work before it gets signed off by Trustees.
  • Monitoring of contractorís staff while on-site.
  • Monthly reports submitted.
  • Ordering of all materials required for maintenance and repairs.
  • Meeting with Trustees during office hours, when required.
There are various options available for this service. Weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly as well as an additional option of a permanently placed Estate Manager.

SECURITY CONTROL

We will oversee and manage your security register e.g. the list of domestic workers, fingerprint systems and telephone systems.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Should you wish to launch a larger project, Compeg will arrange, at an additional cost, for it to be professionally managed. This will remove the responsibility and concerns from Trustees.
