WHAT WE OFFER FOR DEVELOPERS

Compeg has developed a comprehensive service which we feel will help ease the burden of the developers.

COMPEG OFFERS THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FREE OF CHARGE TO THE DEVELOPER

1. Compeg will obtain all the necessary quotes for service providers e.g. Garden service, security, meter readers etc.
2. Compeg will liaise with your attorneys/conveyancers regarding the proposed conduct rules for the complex.
3. We will co-ordinate and organize a handover day.
   1. This will include meeting all the owners on site before they take occupation.
   2. We will have two statements prepared. One for levies and electricity, and water deposits and the other for occupational rental. We will also do any refunds to owners for occupational rental if necessary.
   3. No owner will receive keys until both these accounts have been paid.
4. Compeg will arrange insurance for the body corporate.
5. Compeg will prepare a budget for the complex in order to determine the levies.
6. Compeg will do all the necessary documentation and arrangements for the inaugural meeting of the Complex.

All the above services (excluding the collection of occupational rental) will be at no cost to the developer.
